As a Future Tech Lead, you will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap that drives our products into the future. You will work at the intersection of Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Cloud Infrastructure to build solutions that redefine user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of cutting-edge AI solutions for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Oversee the deployment of scalable cloud infrastructure and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies like Neural Interfaces.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and responsible data governance.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
