Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record in launching at least two patented technologies
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum algorithms, and biotech integration
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF, NIH)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent
- Professional certifications in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CTO Leadership)
