Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines to support next-generation predictive analytics.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Model (LLM) architectures optimized for 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists and backend engineers to deploy models into production environments with zero downtime.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model evaluation to ensure high accuracy and robustness.
- Optimize algorithmic efficiency to reduce computational costs and latency.
- Mentor junior talent and establish best practices for AI ethics and model governance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of fine-tuning LLMs and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
- Strong grasp of MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Experience with graph databases and knowledge graph construction is a significant plus.
