Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligning technological innovation with business objectives for 2026-2030
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and strategic impact
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in technology or strategy publications
