Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal trends
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Produce strategic whitepapers and trend reports for executive stakeholders and industry partners
- Curate and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Drive the commercialization of emerging technologies through pilot programs and partnerships
- Mentor junior futurists and build the innovation lab's thought leadership presence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into market-ready solutions
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in reputable industry journals or platforms
- Experience leading remote, cross-cultural innovation teams
