Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Lead innovation sprints with Fortune 500 partners to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions through patent analysis and academic research curation
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Coordinate with policy teams to navigate regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future tech
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams with 15+ direct reports
- Certified in AI Ethics (IEEE) and Quantum Security (Qiskit)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
