Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with proven 10-year horizon planning
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent disruptive field experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics or nanotech
- Portfolio of commercialized technologies with $100M+ revenue impact
- Security clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information)
