Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their market impact through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen innovations into product ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Manage cross-functional innovation teams and pilot programs for breakthrough technologies
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present compelling technology forecasts and recommendations to investors and stakeholders
- Drive organizational change management for adopting disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching successful innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AI Strategy, Blockchain Council) preferred
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs or R&D divisions
