Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-resistant cryptography and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype AI governance frameworks for 2026 regulatory compliance
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 10+ year impact assessment
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants through NSF and Horizon Europe partnerships
- Author white papers cited by IEEE and WEF Technology Pioneers
- Advocate ethical AI deployment at G7 Digital Economy Forums
- Mentor PhD researchers in 3 university incubation programs
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies (or equivalent breakthrough work)
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years at Fortune 50 or equivalent innovation labs
- Published 20+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ exits)
- Expertise in futures methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain)
- Keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences in past 24 months
