Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives on emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and innovation opportunities to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future tech applications and implementation frameworks
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the company at global tech summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in commercializing breakthrough technologies (AI/ML, quantum, or biotech)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains with publications or patents
- Experience building and managing multi-disciplinary innovation teams
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and research institutions
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Excellent presentation skills with history of executive-level stakeholder management
