Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML pipelines for real-world applications targeting 2026 industry needs
- Lead research in next-gen neural architectures and quantum machine learning integration
- Develop production-ready systems using MLOps best practices and cloud-native technologies
- Mentor junior engineers and foster cross-functional collaboration with product and design teams
- Drive ethical AI initiatives including bias mitigation and explainable AI frameworks
- Contribute to patent filings and publish research in top-tier AI conferences
- Optimize models for edge computing deployment in IoT environments
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years of ML engineering experience
- Expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their AI applications
