Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, focusing on quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-positive AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using our proprietary Quantum Development Framework
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews to identify whitespace opportunities
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external partners including Stanford Research Institute
- Oversee incubation of emerging technologies through our 18-month Acceleration Program
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for industry publications like TechCrunch and Wired
- Manage $2M annual innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Future Studies with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching technologies with >$100M market impact (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least three frontier technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Experience securing SBIR grants or venture capital for R&D initiatives
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech publications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ technologies commercialized or in advanced prototyping
