Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance quantum stability
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate software solutions with quantum processors
- Lead research initiatives in quantum machine learning applications
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Proficiency in high-performance computing environments (HPC)
- Publication record in quantum computing or relevant field
- Experience with quantum hardware (superconducting, ion trap, photonic systems)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
