You'll work directly with C-suite executives to identify and capitalize on paradigm-shifting technologies, from quantum computing breakthroughs to AI-driven industrial revolutions. Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends with 2026+ market impact (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, ambient computing)
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-forward solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage relationships with academic institutions and R&D partners
- Build and lead a dedicated future technologies task force
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record of identifying and implementing disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization projects
