Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026 technology foresight framework using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Produce strategic briefings and white papers on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof principles into R&D roadmaps
- Lead workshops on emerging tech ethics and societal impact assessments
- Build and maintain an international network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and policy forums
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, climate tech, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, Business, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences and policymakers
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology strategy implementation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
