Responsibilities

- Optimize neural architectures for low-latency performance on edge devices.
- Mentor junior engineers and define best practices for AI code quality.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
