Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration) and their market implications for 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with company vision and industry disruption timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with measurable impact metrics
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Drive R&D initiatives focused on sustainable and ethical tech adoption
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory frameworks affecting innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum systems, AI governance, neurotech, or climate-tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical trends
- Experience presenting to C-suite boards and investor groups
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
