- Lead innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Develop business cases for next-gen product investments and partnerships
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage an external ecosystem of tech innovators and academic partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and market analysis methodologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced tech environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology MBA
