Responsibilities
- Research and forecast emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, Web3) with 3-5 year impact projections
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting and scaling innovative solutions
- Present actionable insights to executive stakeholders through data-driven reports
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Build partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech vendors
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at scale
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences and influencing decisions
- Strong project management skills with PMP or equivalent certification
- Deep understanding of global tech trends and competitive landscapes
