Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and develop strategic adoption roadmaps for 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify disruptive threats/opportunities in global tech markets
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure technology ROI and innovation pipeline maturity
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups to secure early-stage technology access
- Author thought leadership publications positioning Innovatech as a future-tech authority
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI systems, synthetic biology, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching technology ventures with $50M+ market impact
- Certified in Technology Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investor audiences
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, TC Disrupt)
