- Manage cross-functional R&D initiatives and external innovation ecosystems
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders and investors
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives globally
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CISSP)
- Strong analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with ethical tech frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
