Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026 horizon) and develop strategic recommendations for market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum/AI convergence
- Architect 10-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring future-readiness and tech adoption maturity
- Pioneer scenario-planning methodologies for systemic risks and black swan events
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech architecture
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial products
- Proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi methods)
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term tech disruption
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
