Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech initiatives into corporate strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation projects from conception to market launch
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortiums
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management, with 5+ years in future-tech focus
- Proven track record of successfully launching technology-driven initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their commercial applicationsAdvanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and matrix organizations
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
