Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (2026+ horizon) to identify market opportunities and competitive advantages
- Develop strategic roadmaps for technology integration across product lines and business operations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing innovative solutions using cutting-edge tools
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory landscapes of emerging technologies
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid technology validation and iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization and market analysis tools
- Exceptional communication abilities to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating technology innovation initiatives or thought leadership publications
