Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Architect scalable AI/ML solutions for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing hardware providers
- Drive R&D initiatives in carbon-negative blockchain architectures
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or distributed systems
- Proven track record of launching enterprise-grade tech innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
