Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech fusion, AI-ML evolution) for integration into core offerings
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions with enterprise-grade viability
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate disruptions and position company as industry pioneer
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs and frameworks to measure innovation impact and ROI of futuristic initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven experience in futuristic technology adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI/ML, biotech integration, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Demonstrated success in scaling pilot projects into enterprise-wide solutions with measurable impact
