Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Build partnerships with research institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich)
- Author white papers on future tech societal impact and mitigation strategies
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation consulting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Strong familiarity with technology ethics frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (IEEE, Nature Futures section, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning methodologies
