Qualifications

- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain)

- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
