- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for integration
- Monitor geopolitical shifts, regulatory changes, and sustainability drivers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and disruptive forces
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience in sustainability or ESG strategy development
