Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging trends and competitive threats in global tech ecosystems
- Architect proof-of-concept prototypes for next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate future-focused innovations into existing product portfolios
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop intellectual property portfolios protecting Innovatech's future technology initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies including quantum computing, biotech convergence, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict market evolution
- Strong presentation skills with experience communicating technical vision to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating work on at least two commercially deployed future-focused technologies
