What You Will Do
- Architect scalable, high-performance AI systems designed for the demands of 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal architectures.
- Optimize model inference and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical roadmaps into product realities.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology remains future-proof.
Your Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready models at scale.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Reinforcement Learning, or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
