Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Sustainable Engineering
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech strategy with Fortune 100 companies
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or climate tech
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
