Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business objectives
- Lead discovery and evaluation of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.) for commercial viability
- Partner with R&D to translate scientific innovations into market-ready solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build and manage a global network of technology innovators and research institutions
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent development, and thought leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to forecast tech adoption curves
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding or venture partnerships
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or major industry conferences
