Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their commercial implications
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and market projections
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate technological innovation into corporate strategy
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage technology innovation budgets and resource allocation for R&D initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic positioning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in forecasting technology trends and driving adoption
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans with measurable KPIs
- Exceptional analytical and data synthesis capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CDMP, CTO Academy) preferred
