Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Design neural-human interface frameworks for next-gen AR/VR systems
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making
- Partner with academic institutions on metamaterials and energy harvesting research
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech manufacturing and data centers
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 5+ years in R&D leadership for exponential technologies
- Published research in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Track record of securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with ISO 26000 and ESG compliance in tech
- Speaker at least 3 major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit, etc.)
