- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into core offerings

- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and research labs
- Manage technology forecasting frameworks and competitive intelligence systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech focus
- Proven track record in implementing emerging tech solutions at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Experience with technology assessment frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle)
