Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AR/VR, AI ethics frameworks)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for future tech R&D
- Monitor global tech policy developments and ensure regulatory compliance in future deployments
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of forward-thinking innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching tech-forward products or services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience across global organizations
- Published thought leadership in technology journals or industry forums
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology forecasting (e.g., from Singularity University)
