Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) and develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for market integration
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Partner with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure ROI and adoption of future technologies
- Represent the company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of translating complex tech concepts into business value
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in strategic visualization tools
- Executive-level communication with ability to influence C-suite decisions
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy preferred
