Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging fields including AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate-tech
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptor startups
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for next-gen technologies
- Present technology visions to executive teams and key stakeholders
- Oversee R&D portfolio allocation and innovation pipeline management
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies across business units
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record in commercializing futuristic technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging fields: quantum computing, AGI, climate-tech, or neurotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Deep understanding of technology adoption curves and market timing
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
