Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead discovery and prototyping of emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize innovation through MVP development
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for future tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage innovation portfolio from ideation to implementation
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, product, and design teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development
- Proven track record leading successful future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, IoT)
- Strategic planning with experience in 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven approach
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA preferred
- Experience in agile development and rapid prototyping environments
