Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, Web3) and develop strategic implementation frameworks
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen digital infrastructure and sustainable tech solutions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives
- Build and mentor high-performance teams focused on frontier technologies
- Develop patentable innovations and secure strategic partnerships
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and stakeholders
- Drive digital transformation across global operations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology architecture
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
- Portfolio of implemented futuristic solutions with measurable impact
