- Develop patent-pending innovation frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Partner with C-suite to align technology roadmaps with business objectives
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget for experimental technology incubation
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership papers
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technology adoption methodologies
- Conduct competitive analysis in post-quantum security and synthetic biology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research
- Proven track record of scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, AGI safety frameworks, or biocomputing
- Executive-level stakeholder management across global organizations
- Fluency in future scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published author in peer-reviewed technology journals
