- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Establish KPIs for future tech adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech fields (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Certification in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, Advanced AI)
