Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 technology strategy roadmap
- Analyze emerging trends (AI, IoT, quantum computing) to identify competitive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating futuristic technologies into core products
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and secure stakeholder buy-in
- Monitor global tech disruptions and forecast market impacts 3-5 years ahead
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining tech products
- Expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
