Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and translate insights into actionable roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Develop future scenarios and impact assessments for global tech adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and R&D pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at industry conferences
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and policy think tanks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, climate tech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published author or recognized authority in futurism/innovation
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
