Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging tech trends with 3-5 year impact
- Collaborate with R&D on patentable innovations in sustainable computing
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment in regulated industries
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or blockchain architecture
- Proven track record of scaling enterprise innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- MBA/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing global R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) or AI Ethics
- Fluency in Python and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
