- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible AI deployment and data governance
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPI tracking
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching at least two disruptive tech products
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis)
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing ecosystems
- Experience scaling technology teams in high-growth environments
