- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
- Author visionary whitepapers and patent strategies positioning InnovateX for 2026 market leadership
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological ROI and adoption readiness
- Represent InnovateX at global tech summits and build strategic partnerships with research institutions
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking and technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, AR/VR, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (preferred)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and predict market shifts
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders on technical strategy
- Publication record in tech journals or industry whitepapers (highly valued)
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
