Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with global market trends and company vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders and secure innovation funding
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech capabilities into commercial offerings
- Foster an innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and talent development
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption and adapt strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Executive-level communication with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets and managing cross-continental teams
- Certifications in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional) or equivalent
