Responsibilities

- Conduct technology impact assessments and ROI projections for breakthrough innovations
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible technology deployment

- Mentor a team of technology innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on innovation cycles
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Experience developing future-focused roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
